Doug Williams
Chief Information Officer

Doug Williams is our Chief Information Officer. Mr. Williams joined the Aveta management team in October 2008 and has more than 20 years experience in technology and the healthcare industry. Previously, Mr. Williams was the Senior Vice President of the Payer Business Unit at MedeFinance, a leading provider of healthcare analytics. Before that, he spent seven years at IBM where he led business transformation outsourcing for four years and the healthcare consulting practice for three years. Prior to IBM, Mr. Williams was a Partner at Arthur Andersen where he led the healthcare practice for the Southwest region. Before Andersen, Mr. Williams co-founded Rx Healthcare, a healthcare billing software company, where he served as the Vice President of Sales for four years. Mr. Williams received his B.S. in Computer Science from California State University, Chico, and has completed coursework at the University of Chicago’s Graduate School of Business.
